Developing a Self-Inquiry Journaling Practice:
3 Hours


This workshop will assist participants to use the practice of journaling as a way to develop a deeper relationship with yourself;. Journaling with specifically curated self-inquiry prompts, can be used as a tool to assist you in moving beyond your personal narratives, the stories you hold tightly to about yourself and to see more clearly what is operating below the surface that may be putting up unconscious road-blocks or creating stress and tension within our lives. Journaling has been shown to reduce stress and tension when used specifically as a self care practice.

The workshop will introduce you to specifically curated prompts and a technique called Free Writing that will make the journaling practice fulfilling, enjoyable as well as meditative. This Practice is one that even those who say “I can’t meditate” seem to love!

Movement as a Mindfulness Practice:
3 Hour Practice


Harnessing the power of our body and breath, (both of which are always in the present moment), as a way to soften and release tension, stress and distraction. Erica will gently guide participants through a variety of mindfulness practices beyond sitting on a cushion in stillness. Using (all levels) movement that is synchronized with various breathwork techniques and attention prompts, Erica allows you to experience using your body and breath as a way into and then out of the fluctuations of the mind…right into a stillness that lies beneath all the chaos, anxiety, and distraction that permeates our world.
